Job Description:
Apteeus is re-developing an active pharmaceutical ingredient for its new discovered pharmacological properties. We have obtained very encouraging preliminary results on several in vivo models of pneumonia. We are now establishing a full development plan to address Community Acquired Pneumonia with an innovative inhaled formulation of the drug.

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Leader for the management of our candidate drug development. The candidate’s mission will go from the assistance to the CEO in raising money, to the recruitment of a dedicated team, and once the project has started, he/she will coordinate and monitor the drug candidate development and in particular:

• Supervision of the management of subcontractors involved in the development
• Supervision of CMC, preclinical, clinical, exploratory and IP activities
• IMPD editorial management
• Management of the constitution of Pre IND and IND
• Supervision of documentation and archiving of project data
• Implementation and supervision of the application of the Quality Management System
• Definition, monitoring and reporting of the project budget
• Internal and external communication related to the project
• Facilitation of project team meetings
• Signing delegation of the CEO for NDA/MSA/WO/contracts/invoices within the framework of the project

Requirements
• Ability and appetite to work on a start-up mode
• Effective engagement
• Strength of proposal
• Ability to make decisions
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate
• 10 years of experience in drug development and 5 years in team management.
• English bilingual
