GIMLI is a startup specializing in data structuring in oncology. We have developed a solution that helps clinicians and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) automatically collect and structure data from textual documents into international standards such as OMOP, LOINC, ICD, RxNorm, and more. Our solution analyzes texts using NLP algorithms specifically designed for oncology, and it leverages labeled data within the text. An intuitive interface allows users to control the automated data structuring, and if necessary, they can make modifications without requiring any prior data knowledge. Users obtain a well-organized database that can be easily explored through our cohort module. Subsequently, this data can be sent to a data warehouse or an eCRF for study purposes. This saves time for clinicians and your data team, eliminating the need for manual data cleaning in projects. The solution can be deployed on-premises in all types of hospitals, and its FHIR native structure enables seamless communication with your existing systems.
